It's not about the level of inteligence, it's about relative intelligence.

Humans have sent a representative to the moon. We also have language. Sending a man to the moon is many magnitudes higher an achievement than language.


BUT, what if a dog learned how to speak English. Even though the level of achievement is lower, the leap of intelligence is greater
