Your picture of the biblical Earth is dead wrong - it's missing the famous four corners!!

[sep][sep][sep]

Isaiah 11:12 — And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

Rev 7:1 — And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

Rev 20:8 — And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

Ezekiel 7:2 — Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

@ElwoodBlues It was an image that someone posted somewhere. You shouldn't read into images that much.

Thanks for the bible lesson.
@TBIman Your flat earth claim is a claim someone posted somewhere. I don't read much into claims that I can easily prove false.

Just sitting on a hill overlooking a harbor, I can watch boats travel "uphill" as they get nearer.

Many harbor dwellers used to watch the same thing as tall sailing ships sailed into port. First only the topgallants were visible past the curve of the Earth; later half the mast was in sight, and eventually they were "hull up," meaning near enough that the curve of the Earth didn't obscure the hull. These descriptions are from seafarers from centuries ago in the age of tall ships.

Lemme guess - you're landlocked - you've never spent time watching boats arrive and depart from a harbor.

Not hull up yet; still a hill of water between the viewer and the tall ship.

@ElwoodBlues The four corners are a biblical thing. They may exist, but there is 0 evidence as of today for the four corners.
@TBIman [quote] there is 0 evidence as of today for the four corners.[/quote] Good to know!

There is also 0 evidence as of today for the flat Earth. Just sayin'
