Well North Koreans would too, but forcibly.
The rest of us would be partying, maybe except for a few stuck up political supporters who act as if politicians are their daddies or something.

I think it's because she had been there for so long and was a good monarch.

Also, the British aren't the only people who would be upset...I lived in Spain and they care about their monarchy too.
