A mission statement! The pitfall of space travel Distraction and division. Unified Earth necessary for potential adversaries. . It’s too soon.
It is the authors intent for the following to only be a template for ongoing improvement and discussion.
Expenditure of resources that would improve and entrench the stability of earth and Its inhabitants are being exploited in a capitalist scheme/plot to extract profit and sow division; In the name of superiority and competition.
The resources being expended would be of far greater benefit reducing human suffering, uniting the species, and preparing the planet, its societies and its inhabitants to survive, first contact!
Therefore a United Earth is necessary for the planet and its occupants to be united and expected to survive in the event any adversaries are encountered out in space.
Capitalism (the market system) and those that regulate its administration, & national identity MUST merge with global cooperation prior to humans, as a species, responsibly being expected to navigate a boundless cosmos and its potential encounters.
Whereas humans turn EVERYTHING into wealth extraction and competition, towards profit and status acquisition, In a realm such as the infinite universe we, as a species, MUST establish ground rules and ENFORCE them; FIRST!
1) humans are united in ensuring the PLANET EARTH and the HUMAN SPECIES survive!
2) all resources extracted from earth MUST be paid for beforehand and punishment will result if not replenished. No exceptions!
3) Citizens of earth MUST be born on the planet, in it’s atmosphere, on an orbiting satellite, to at least one earth citizen or legal resident, and/or within some distance of its orbit.
4) any life forms encountered external to earth cannot be contacted and can only be observed. (This needs a lot of consideration).
