I had just moved home from Canada after my five year relationship fell apart and had no idea what I was going to do with my life.
@thepreposterouspanda I’m sorry that sounds lonely. Mine fell apart about six months after that photo was taken too and I returned to Australia.
Why did things end?

@Notladylike We had started dating in high school and then I moved back to the US. We did three and a half years of long distance and had just changed so much that we weren't compatible anymore.

Too many issues that got swept under the rug and it all just blew up in the end.
@thepreposterouspanda Long distance is hard. Particularly if you are both from different countries where all your family/supports are.

@Notladylike Our personalities just didn't really jive either but I had already moved around so much at that point and lost so many friends that I wanted to try and make it work. Should have just given up on it and moved on. 😅
