I Want to Experience Heaven On Earth

Have you ever seen a place more beautiful? I have not. And I think this beautiful place deserves to be listed as a World Heritage Site. I could go on for days on end just watching the trees and the sky here.

To me, the beauty of the Oregon coast, Multnomah Falls, and mountains has always been heaven on earth for me :)

@Stereoguy You have to go there someday to visit, then go to the coast, first to the aquarium in Seaside to feed the sea lions, then to the Mark O. Hatfield Marine Center in Newport to pet the octopus. And to finish off the day, check out the tide pools in Depot Bay.

@Stereoguy I hope you all have a great time on your travels :) One place I never got the chance to visit was the Tillamook Creamery, they make the BEST cheese and other dairy products :) You may also want to go to Astoria to see the end of the Lewis and Clark expodition, and Oregon City at the end of the Oregon Trail.

@Stereoguy As well as the Forestry Center SW of Portland off Hwy 26 West, next to the Washington Park Zoo, and marvel at the old Planeterium Geodisic structure where OMSI used to be.

@Stereoguy Oregon has so much beauty and wonders. And when you do go, make sure you go in June during the Rose Festival when Fleet Week is happening, when Naval and Coast Guard ships from countries all over the world are docked in the middle of Portland on the Willamette River's west side at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. And be sure to visit the Portland Saturday Market and the Rose Garden.

@Stereoguy June was always the best time of the year, right after the seasonal rains and before the heat of summer, during Rose Festival.

@Stereoguy In the past, before global warming messed up the climate, normally misty and cold, a few ice storms here and there? And perfect summers at one time, but not anymore :(

@Stereoguy I've never cared for cold weather either, but not a fan of hot summers either.
