An alien race appears in front of you

When you are walking along a path by yourself, there is a flash of light and then an alien is suddently standing in front of you. Before you can even say hello it hands you a device with a series of buttons on top (+, -, GO, and a digital display showing today's date and time) and then steps back, smiles, and says "for time travel". Then it vanishes.
What do you do with it?

Wow, I would have thought far more interesting posts would show up. The world, and all of time is yours to plunder and instead you want to destroy it, drop it, make silly words on it?

How about this one, very simple.

Amazon was founded on July 5, 1994, by Jeff Bezos in his garage in Bellevue, Washington. It initially started as an online bookstore before expanding into a wide range of products and services. So you go back and dump all your money into shares, then come back here and sell them @ $217.51.

Or maybe Apple, or Google, or how about a big one, say United Health..

If you didn't care about money you would be a fool, but maybe you go back in time, grab a baby dinosaur and bring it forward.

The world is yours to plunder.
