Yes NASA knows about them, US government knows about them
Canada, Britain, France, Russia, Germany, China, Japan, Australia, Africa, South America, knows about them not to mention the small countries and the larger ones are constantly searching for them.
5 years or so ago the US government released some classified information on them. Congressional hearings have been held with military personnel and they're dealing with UFOs, now called UAP's.
