What you make of this UFO/alien encounter story?

TV and internet are overflowing with BS sensationalistic UFO stories.
This doesn't feel like one of them.
This is from the local Las Vegas CBS affiliate. A police officer sites strange flashing lights, and they're caught on his body cam. Minutes later 911 gets a call from a man saying something landed in his backyard and he can see 2 strange beings....

The caller sounds pretty calm, all things considered. Still, people often sound fairly calm when they call 911, even when something really scary is definitely going on.

It's an interesting occurrence, for sure. Like Mulder, "I want to believe". This one seems a little 'fishy', but then again...all such accounts sort of do. 😶‍🌫️
