Titan

Moon orbiting Saturn larger than our moon and the only moon we've seen with an atmosphere.
It's too cold for water, but there's probably something analogous to the water cycle there except with methane.
If you could stand the freezing temperatures, you could fly around with a glider with a comfortable lower gravity and reasonable atmospheric pressure.
