@Miklee02 yes I am a bulk milk grader. I test, grade and if deemed suitable (by me) transport milk for use in the manufacturing of dairy products such as cheese.

My remuneration is far more handsome than I am lol as well as that of the average CDL driver.

@zeeva70 I actually work locally and am home every afternoon. Pretty early start to the day though.

@Miklee02 it's not really hard work. But it does entail strict procedures and very early morning starts.

@Sapio sounds like an ideal schedule; conducive to work/life balance.

@zeeva70 yes 7 on 3 off and then 7 on 4 off.The 4 oof make for a long weekend Friday through Monday.

@Sapio that's cool. Seems like it's hard to get burnout with a schedule like that.

@zeeva70 yes but bear in mind that I work anywhere from 79 to 84 hours in those 7 days. So the days off are often something to look forward to.
