Wonderful story! This is what happens to me when I carry tons of equipment, work to set it up, am exhausted and catch nothing all day. Then in the evening a rested fisherman comes along with a single rod and catches a fish I never even dreamed 😀
@Glossy in what regard ? He kicked my ass and got to look tough in front of his friends. In all seriousness the fish is safe and will recover quickly ( faster than me )
