Have these dolphins been rescued yet?

They have suffered abuse and neglect and death due to the park owners and i think they need to be rescued and the owners charged with animal abuse .. this is beyond bad management it's animal cruelty and they need to be taken out of there and charges filed. 😤 if they haven't already. This is maddening
