Beach days are the best ❤🙌🏻

Yesterday was filled with family time and a beach day which is a theme of my life right now.

I treasure these times I get to spend with my family I truly do.

I sat down last night and was like wow where did the old me go?

I feel like I’m shedding layers of myself, I’m changing my mindset and people I surround me.


No more wanting to go out getting drunk or taking drugs, nope I have woke up and I am healing a lot in my life right now.

I am feeling so proud of myself right now!
