I would be tempted to play a game of “blindfold” chess and wait for the light pollution to die down.

@Ashly I did this mostly as a teen. You visualize a chessboard in your mind and state your moves in algebraic or descriptive notation so e4 would be Pawn to King four or move the pawn in front of the King two spaces. 🤓
