The beach is the place when i can find peace and calm. Whether its sitting listening to the crashing waves or the stones moving with the lapping wave here i can relax. Wading into the cool water feeling the stress and tension drift away as i lay and float. The water calms as well as cools me. This ismy reset button ready to go again tomorrow
We are lucky to live close to a beach and walk there when ever we can. It’s different each day, depending on tide, wind etc. Dog walkers, fishermen, families, swimmers, often no one else but us or just me. Watching the waves crash in thunderously or gently lapping up the shore, wind in your face or sun on your back, the beach is a great place to think through all the problems in the world - or nothing at all.
