Oh that is cold I used to live in the Ottawa Valley ,, now I live here love it ,,,, have seen snow three times and it was gone in a day ,,, and rarely goes below -6at night ,,

@mountainman1234 The climate on the West coast is moderate and mild....it would be a nice change from the cold and snow of the Ottawa area. It is somewhat moderate on the East coast..temperature fluctuates in winter so it is rarely cold for extended periods.

@faith2hope4love I know your weather is not all that much different but I live in an RV and it would be not nice to spend the winter on the east coast ,, though the people are very friendly ,, for sure ,,,

@faith2hope4love I do to both ,, I am now looking to get a sail boat so I can travel to warmer climates in the winter ,,, and then who knows where else to go ,,,

I love the ocean year round but especially the summer.

yes it is so much nicer in the summer you can be with less clothes and swim ,,,

true enough and you do not need to take all those clothes off when you get there in the summer ,,, I to do not swim ,,, but I can float ,,,

I have way to much winter padding ,, I suffer from injuries form when I was in the military ,,, can not get around like I used to but still keep moving ,,

@mountainman1234 I am sorry to hear that!!😔 I have great respect and admiration for the Canadian Military. My nephew is currently deployed in the Middle East for eight months.

Is he in the Navy ,, we have a lot of ships there now ,,,
Thank you I had a grand time when I was serving ,, young serving over seas ,, life was fun

..Kuwait. He enlisted when he was 18 and now 30 so he will retire young. He has been to Afganistan as well. Loves the military!!💕
