That's actually a beach towel! I have that one and another like it that's red, white and blue :)

Some random shop I came across while in Phoenix. I just checked - the brand on the towel is Cotton On...you can google and find tons of these. Here's my red, white and blue one..(wrinkled as I've been at pool :) )
