I Love the Beach

Good morning Sam ... It is 5:46am as I write this. I am home for the weekend from school and I am down right now sitting on my favorite rock at the ocean's edge. I've been here for about a half hour responding on SW and email. When I'm done I'll be going for my run. The waves are crashing on the jetty below my feet. She is anxious this morning, not quite settled. I can tell that she is disturbed by a passing storm beyond the horizon somewhere. Before I begin my run, I will pause to gather some of her strength, to draw upon her energy, and then I will face my day. :-)
