Been to the great blue hole, Belize. Dove the first ledge between 60 ft and 100 ft. You can't see past a certain depth, and it feels like you're floating over the abyss but it's only about 400 ft deep.
@Carla It's been years. It's a great dive to check off the list, but there's not much to see there, and you really need to be on the lookout for hammerheads. I wouldn't go back there.
