I enjoy words and people who inspire poems

Always caring, with hope her priority,
Ocean roses purple majesty,

A coffee mug in hand watching with a careful eye,
Oh how time quickly flies by,

Like flowers blooming within the pouring rain,
Forever smiling through the pain,

Humble in the way she speaks,
Like a gentle flower, so proud yet so tender and meek,

A kind lady since birth,
For it is her enduring soul which shall inherit the earth,

A friend through the good times and bad times,
Always there to make perfect rhymes,

Watching the rose settle amongst the calm ocean sea,
Forever soaking up the sun, she sets me free,

Thank-you for being my friend and never playing the game of pretend,
I hope we shall forever blend, for to you it's this poem I now send.....
