Short answer is no. The long answer follows.

We aren't hollow.

The water is what makes up the fluids that our organs circulate various nutrients or signal other organs to activate and deactivate.

No mystery about lunar phases either.

It's known that lunar phases alter some human behavior though light levels generally do affect human functioning to some degrees.
