So Restful At Times [I Love the Ocean]
We’ve all gone to the seaside a few weeks ago now. We headed out early as we had heard and seen the pics of severe lack of social distancing in places. We headed up to Yorkshire, on the coast, and found a little spot where our little bubble could just safely lie on the sand and play in the sea.
The kids loved it. We took our 2 youngest. There were, literally, tears in Suzanne’s eyes as she’s missed ‘real’ water as she puts it. Samantha Jnr was all smiles and giggles too.
Nice to be a family.....do normal family things....sit and watch the sea.....and just let your mind drift away, just like the tide.
Naturally we had chips before coming home too.
The salty sea air....the whole ambiance of it all, really...it always makes me feel rested.
