When I was in college there was a pond out in the woods where people would go swimming. It was understood it was for skinny dipping. It was still a little awkward sometimes when you bumped into people you knew....

@LynnUK Mostly yes so after the first moment it was fine. Now and then people would turn up who didn't know about the pond. They were just going for a walk, and could be shocked.

@LynnUK I expect some did. I remember one guy I knew who was walking with his girlfriend. Im sure they were clueless and I was the only one in the pond that day. I stayed in up to my chest. They must have thought I was being rude.
