I Like To Go To Nude Sauna

I like them. Relaxing, fun, and hot. You never know what might happen.

Depends on where you live.

I did once in Germany. Naked men AND women In a steamy room.

It sounds uncomfortable but it’s not when you see the ugly peoples come in naked.

An there are no rules in sitting in their with a towel if that makes you more comfortable.

Until you realize your the only one in there with a towel.

if your the only one in there with a towel you’ll feel like the fat kid that swims in the pool with a t shirt on.

Be naked and get hot(er)

Top tip: take off your jewellery, especially necklaces: they can get hot enough to burn you.

And yes, we all sat round naked, a bit weird when it's your boss as well but it soon became second nature and curiously liberating.

I think you are just supposed to sit in a hot sauna without your clothes which helps in removing toxins. It doesn't have to be anything more than that

Take a towel to sit on , sit back relax and enjoy the heat on your body and time to just feel the freedom and enjoyment

Sit in a hot room with steam and be naked.

Sit around in a steamy room without your clothes on... They are a bit boring, and my glasses always steam up

You literally just sit in the sauna nude. If they have a pool or hot tub you might go back and forth.

Be careful when guys stand up to get out of the nude sauna....don't want to get accidentally smacked in the face by a flesh pole.

Just take off all of your clothes and follow the crowd...
