How comfortable are you with getting naked in front of strangers?

Do you like getting naked in front of strangers? Or are you hesitant because you're self conscious of your body.. or certain aspects of your body?

I will admit I am what you would call an exhibitionist (to a certain extent). I see the body as art, not vulgar.

When I was a virgin I always said I wouldn't get naked in front of anyone. However, I became an ovate in a group studying the Old Religion, and it was a requirement being naked in certain rituals, so as to gather the energies said to be sought for the acts. Now I get naked in front of my friends girls/guys whatever. I have no fear at all!

How do you feel about getting naked?

It's amazing how many religious ceremonies have been designed around sex, from earliest history until now. Cult leaders design their "religions" are sex, so did the Greeks, the Romans, etc.

We're drawn to certain things so we combine all of them and call it a "religion" so we can freely get what we want.

We're more or less [incredibly misguided] idiots.

@zane333 some religions like Islam tell their teenage boys that they cant jack or have sex, and that they must retain all their cum inside of them. wonder why that is?? 🍫

@trackboy The stranger thing is that Muhammad taught sperm comes from a spot in a man's back, between his spine & his ribs...
trackboy · 22-25, M
@zane333 and the Muslims still believe every word of the koran is holy and anything said to the contrary starts massive rioting among Muslims. 🍪

@trackboy They'll actually go against the teachings of the Qur'an to stick to their teachings based on their traditions. Essentially, they'll oppose the Qur'an in order to protect it.

Fact is, they will... ask any of them, place the six most trusted books of hadith (the "Kutub al-Sittah") above the Qur'an both they rarely realize they're doing it unless it's pointed out to them.

So, because of the prevalence of the most trusted sources being freely available online, many sheikhs are admitting that up to 25% of Muslims are leaving Islam. That's safe enough, although difficult, since families will often disown them, since they aren't in a Muslim-majority country where honor killings are not only encouraged but demanded. That's when a family member murders another family member after leaving Islam or simply being "too western" in their beliefs.

But, don't believe me... look it up online and see for yourself.

@zane333 what country is this that they are leaving Islam?? what is the hadith??? why does Islam turn people so cold and hateful that they kill their own family members?
zane333 · 36-40, M
@trackboy all across the globe... the books of hadith are the stories about Muhammad and what he taught (he's only mentioned four times in the Qur'an); Muslims believe the hadith help to interpret how they should live, act, and think... the Qur'an & hadith teach that if someone leaves Islam they should be killed (apostasy) and if they aren't a true believer (surah 9)... violent teachings in surah 9, according to Muslim scholars, abrogate/replace earlier peaceful revelations.

@zane333 Mohmand is just a minor figure in the Quran? then why is he such a big figure in Islam if the Quran barely even mentions him?? a lot of stuff in Islam that makes you fall down laughing at how people are so stupid they believe it. like Mohmand riding his horse at 600 mph from a holy city in Saudi Arabia to king Davids temple in Israel to then rise up into heaven where god takes his heart out and washes it then puts it back in Mohmand and then he rides back at 600mph on his horse back to that city. religions are made up by a primitive people trying to explain things, they don't understand. there is no afterlife. no spirit world. no god no devil. 🍪

@trackboy energy cannot be created or destroyed so we don’t cease to exist after we die. Yes there’s an afterlife since energy cannot be created or destroyed. How do you know there’s no afterlife when you haven’t died yet?

Consciousness is not a product of the brain we are not biological robots.

Yes there’s scientific proof of an afterlife and religion has nothing to with it. Materialism is dead, we are spiritual beings having a human experience, our bodies may die but our energy continues to exist.

Albert Einstein believed in an afterlife and a parallel Universe why do scientists today still deny the evidence when there’s thousands of cases around the world report life changing out of body experiences even when they’re blind or deaf if consciousness is just a product of our brains and we’re just biological robots with no inherent purpose, and that unconditional love doesn’t exist?

Last year, I had an out of body experience and felt unexplainable unconditional love from the Universe, never felt anything like that in my life not even from my family or parents. There’s got to be something more than physical existence, I believe there’s a physical and non-physical aspect of existence, according to quantum mechanics and physics matter is just condensed energy, so everything is energy even matter that seems physical is only 99.99999999% empty space.

Scientific fact: Matter is only 99.99999% empty space, the only difference between matter and energy is that matter is energy in a slowed down vibration and subtle energy is free flowing and it’s constant, both matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed and only transformed into different forms. Matter also that’s volume that takes up space but energy doesn’t. If materialism is true then gravity doesn’t exist, but gravity exists so does electromagnetic energy and radiation exists.

@Chattanooga i sure hope there is something. why is the only real miracles back in the distant past where there is no independent reporting of what happened? the only record is in the religious books? the matter is mostly empty spaces as the electronics are orbiting the nucleus with lots of distance between the cloud and the core. then lots of space between atoms. wonder what is out there??

When you hear the whistle blowing eight to the bar
Then you know that Tennessee is not very far
Shovel all the coal in,Gotta keep it rollin' @Chattanooga

@Chattanooga @Chattanooga gravity is the force that einstein could not make a grand theory of everything that ties them all together. he made a theory that ties the strong and weak electromagnetic forces together. but no one has been able to tie all 4 together. I sure hope there is something that survives after death. but there is life all over does it survive? bacteria? various animals? watch the series earth and see how many forms of life there are. it shows monkeys acting almost human-like a command team when they go after a rival tribe of monkeys. do they have an afterlife? 🍪
Chattanooga · 56-60, F
@trackboy Sorry I responded later, Maybe other lifeforms have an afterlife too, even bacteria and plants.

@trackboy Elephants also bury their dead I wonder if they have their own type of religion?
trackboy · 22-25, M
@Chattanooga probably just missing their dead. not sure how they would communicate any religion without speech. the idea of burying their dead is passed on by watching the other elephants burying their dead. each religion is totally different and each civilization believes its religion is the correct one. religion mostly comforts people dealing with death by making them think there is something after death. it also tends to bring about orderly societies. can go the other way and bring about violent societies. 🍫
@Chattanooga You have a very confused physics as well as confusing vernacular and technical meanings of the term "energy".
