I heard people do this but also there is a fine if you get caught

I had an acquaintance who got caught in his naked drive adventures.
He got jail time and hasn't talked to me since.. so yes, I think there are fines and such. But also, depends on where you live.

@MartinTheFirst I think so. He was all over the news for about a day. He wanted to be caught by random strangers. And he was!! just.. ones with badges. I guess that wasn't as hot.
