Is any nudity pornagraphic?

This question comes to my mind after some musicians used a pic of a naked baby as their cover album, some Karen's got mad and tried to get them "cancelled" but no one really cared and nothing happened because it's just a googoo gaga baby in a pool and nothing else.
There are pictures of naked people in medical textbooks No one is bitching about that.

So that tells us not all nudity is pornagraphic, so does that mean nudity should allowed in TV social media magazines and billboards ?

As long as they are suggestive or anything they should be allowed .

I don't think all nudity is pornographic, I am a conservative and a Christian. I think it boils down to intent, I can look at a beautiful woman in a state of undress and see a beautiful woman, change the pose and now it is suggestive. Pornography is used to draw out basic urges, not to showcase beauty or talent. Pornography, like beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Wow, really good question. I personally don't think that ALL nudity is supposed to be arousing or exciting, the definition of pornographic. People engage in nudity at all kinds of times and don't intend anyone else to get turned on. Really, it comes down to intent - is the purpose of the picture to "excite, arouse or titillate?"

It wasn't a Karen. The primary complainant about the naked baby on Nirvana's Nevermind album cover was Spencer Elden, the man who was photographed for the cover as an infant. In 2021, Elden filed a lawsuit against the band and its record label, alleging that the photo constituted child sexual exploitation.

He was 30 when he filed his complaint. He lost in court.

Nudity is not necessarily pornography.

Nope...pornography is in the eye/mind of the beholder.

But the real question might be: Why do people think something that makes them react sexually a bad thing? It's natural, it's how human beings are wired.

Nudity is our natural state. No one came out of the womb in a three-piece suit. Unfortunately, most of us grew up in a society that teaches us that nudity is sinful, which has led us to associate nudity with sex. Thanks, religionists!
