It's a beautiful beach, pretty similar to scenic beaches along the Pacific Northwest. Used to be secluded, but everyone wants to catch a glance of U. of BC nude co-eds, so it gets pretty busy. Weather is typical of BC.
If you want water you can swim in, and clothes free, you might want to head east to Hidden Lake in Whistler. It's "hidden" so I can't give you the location.

Ive heard its nice, weather can be a bit iffy. Seems to be popular with college students from University of British Columbia which is right next door.
