I think on mewe dot com it's possible to exchange pics of any kind privately when you're in a chat. IIRC, you just drag the pic from your computer into the chat box.

@Fenix819 An example? Well, first sign up on mewe and suggest your correspondent do the same. Then get into a chat with them. Then select any photo in your files and drag it into the chat box you're using. The other party, and only they, will see it immediately.
The catch: I don't know how to delete it from mewe after you've made the transfer. You can delete it from your chat box but I think they stash it out of sight in their cloud and you have to figure how to flag it for deletion. I didn't want to go through all that so I don't use mewe to show pics. Flickr used to be ideal until they began charging $$.
