I Administer Belt Whippings

I have administered hundreds of belt whippings almost always following the same rituals and although some disagree especially with wives I know that everyone I’ve ever consistently administered belt whippings to have learned and changed the behavior that caused me to administer it to begin with and I thought it was important for them to not only tell me beforehand why they were about to receive one but to thank me afterwards for correcting them.
