Amanda, I am sure than when you undress and lie down on your stomach like that to let your husband punish you, you do it with a mix of three emotions: Fear of the pain you are going to suffer. Sadness for having disappoited your husband by disobeying him - and happiness that he loves you enough to punish you and give you the chance to atone your offence.
