That's even worse then my story. When I was little my older sister Jessica gave me wedgies. Mom would have to yell at her for it all the time. Pantsing on the other hand, well, my little friend Ryan lifted my dress up on the trampoline infront of her 2 friends when I was 10 yrs. Old.

@JohnDoe124: I was only 3, 4, and 5 yrs. Old when my oldest sister Jessica gave me wedgies. I was lucky to only have it done around mom and my other 2 older sisters. And she would laugh about it too.
