Real is best, but shop around and you can find some VERY realistic ones. Warm them in some hot water if its a temp thing.
Good vibrators are a bit more pricey but really worth it. A quick google search will get you into many different brands. They don't "Look" like dicks, so if that's the disgusting part its better. They can also be used mostly "Externally", you don't have to insert if you don't want to, if that's the thing.
So, outside of that, what do you find disgusting about it?
