I used to find large and protruding inner labia intensely fascinating and arousing, but over the years I've come to appreciate innies more and more. I've discussed this issue with several women and all of them said they thought innies were more attractive or wished their labia were smaller and neater.
Incidentally, almost all the women I've known intimately either had innies or labia that protruded only a little, but I don't know if that's the general rule.
Which do you have, and which would you prefer to have, if I may ask?

@SeekingConnection You are very lucky. Most women have outies as I do. My strong preference is for innies like most women, we find this more feminine and more comfortable and hygienic. I also tend to agree with you that many women wished their labia and clit hood were smaller and neater. I think this is why so many women want, need or are getting labiaplasty and clit hood reduction.

@Jillette Thank you for open and honest reply. I share your view on this issue and feel that innies look much more attractive and feminine, and must surely be more hygienic too. I've noticed that ladies with protruding labia tend to spray and dribble when they pee, whereas those with innies have nothing to interrupt the flow. I'm not in favour of cosmetic surgery as a rule, but I make an exception for labiaplasty for the reasons we've mentioned. If circumcision is good for men, why not hood and labia reduction for ladies?
