I Think Everyone Pees In the Shower
I do. Same drain system, goes into the septic tank. Saves flushing the toilet water usage then using water to shower. Just pee as you shower. Conserves water.

Not everyone does. I haven't always done it. But it seems like such a no-brainer when you do do it. It saves water and it isn't unsanitary at all. I also piss while bathing and I piss in the sink (very convenient, but you have to run enough water afterwards, or else it will start to smell).

@NCCindy 😅 It washes away with the shower soap and water. No trace remains. No safety issue, really.

@redredred Most modern bathrooms do. Not an issue. No bacterial issues as it washes down the drain with the hot soapy shower water. Seriously.

@DearAmbellina2113 Would you say that the dirt that you clean off your skin is sterile? So even if urine isn't sterile (most people don't actually have infections in their urethra), what's the problem? The stuff just get's washed down the drain with everything else. You know, when people say they pee in the shower, they mean while showering, right? They don't just piss in the basin and then leave the urine there for other people to step into.
