I still beg for it not to be bare

When i was a kid my dad would spank me over my pants, but when i turned 13 all my spankings were done on my bare butt. Im 17 now and i STILL beg and plead with my dad asking him to please not spank me on my bare butt, it never works but my brain in panic mode just kind of tries everything .
