I want to find women who need nonsexual spankings for discipline

I want to be a disciplinarian to a woman who needs to improve her life. We would come up with rules together to help you improve your life. And when you break them you would be punished.
I’m ok with it being nonsexual.
I have done this before and have helped women move their lives.
