How many of you get weekly maintenance?

Familiar though I do not get it at present. My father tried it once but thankfully not for long.

Maintenance spankings help ensure more severe measures are not needed regularly.

They can be useful, depending on the person and their issues that need to be addressed. I have used them before for a relatively short period of time.
