What happened to A Voice in the Corner?

It was a great blog full of stories and other posts about women getting spanked, but one day it was suddenly made private and now you have to "request access" which is s crapshoot. Anybody know anything about that? Did something happen?

I seem to recall they stopped publishing new content. So maybe the archive was made restricted access. If you keep a site visible and it gets a lot of visitors you still have to do maintenance on it.
