Shoes in spanking

I believe ,that during the spanking , the spankee (the one getting tanned ) SHOULDN'T have shoes on ! Either socks or bare feet
Shoes are too a privilege that is lost !!

I feel like that's a cultural thing - up here everyone takes their shoes off inside anyways.

But if a girl is getting spanked outdoors having shoes come off might take a bit of a long time.
