Shoes in spanking

I believe ,that during the spanking , the spankee (the one getting tanned ) SHOULDN'T have shoes on ! Either socks or bare feet
Shoes are too a privilege that is lost !!

Well hy would people have shoe on in the house ? I think that would earn them an extra long hard spanking.
