Does anybody know what happened to the website OTD Punishment Memories? The site appears to be down. Anyone in the know have any idea what happened?

I have been sharing my memories of growing up with a strict father for a couple of years now on Similarworlds. I am interested to see that you can really put down your thoughts on the OTD site in a more concise and permanent manner. I had a quick look at OTD, can you tell me how you can submit memories for publishing there?
