I would not have survived to adulthood without spanking

I drove past a house today where some kids had climbed out the window onto the roof. I thought back to all the stupid things i did as a child that could have got me killed, injured, or kidnapped if my mom hadn't caught me. Seems like AT LEAST once a week i was getting the stupid spanked out of me.

Trying to jump from the roof of the house to the garage

Jumping out in front of cars

Climbing milk crates

Discovering the magic of hair spray and a lighter

Trying to climb out the 2nd floor window

Trying to climb the antenna tower

Hiding in department stores

These are just the first things i thought of. I'm sure there were more. I don't know why i wasn't afraid. But my mom made sure to make me afraid. Because spanking saved my life i am pro spanking but there is a limit that i have seen crossed. I've only ever punched one man in the face and it was to save my cousin's kid from a beating.
