That was how my mom spanked us children... No other way. As I got older I hated the "Take off your panties now" part, but mom was adamant. In her view, a spanking could not be given any other way. And I have to say that today I quite agree with her.

That's how it was around here when I was growing up as well. I don't think my parents had ever even thought of spanking over pants. One way or another, it was gonna be bare butt much to my dismay.
