That was how my mom spanked us children... No other way. As I got older I hated the "Take off your panties now" part, but mom was adamant. In her view, a spanking could not be given any other way. And I have to say that today I quite agree with her.

That must be the easiest position for parents because most times that's how people either spank or got spanked. Unless they had to bend over or something like that.
