I saw my friend's brother being spanked once. He was couple years older than us at the time I guess 13/14. @JoBlak Why would he take him somewhere private? This kid sees 2 younger kids playing nicely & immediately starts to bring trouble to them. He does that because he knows they can't retaliate. Doesn't he feel like the King of the Hill. Isn't he just feeling satisfied that he showed them who was better than they were & made them feel frustrated & small.
