I Mothers Spanking Daughters

I am a mom of one daughter, age 6. I have only spanked her about 4 times, and it I only started after she reached 5 yours old. I do not spank like my mom which was most of the time on my bare bottom.

I have a lot more patience than my mom and I use as many different discipline techniques as possible before I ever decide to take my daughter over my lap.

The spankings are short, have always been over her underpants, about 6 spanks with my hand. When I am done, as I do with any punishment, we always talk about why she was punished and I make sure understands that she was punished not because she is a bad person, but instead making sure she understands that her misbehavior was the cause of the punishment, not matter what that punishment is.

@Germanmom A couple of days ago I scolded my daughter for not brushing her teeth and told her to go back to the bathroom and clean her teeth. She told me to "shutup". I took her to her room and left to cool down, then I went back in and spanked her pantied backside. It was the first time I was tempted to take her panties down, but I resisted that impulse.

@Peggy I think you did that right. For a girl your daughter's age it should not make too much of a difference whether panties are up or down; but it might be smart to keep the bare bottom version in reserve as the "ultimate" punishment.

@Oldfashionedcouple From my own experience of having my bare bottom spanked from a very early age. I don't think it is necessary that a girl, my daughter's age needs to have a bare bottom spanking nor a large number of swats.
