I know this is just a birthday spanking for fun but the reason why an OTK spanking is good is that the lap provides a good barrier between the parent's hand (or implement). With the child standing, the kid can easily avoid the blows by leaning forward as this kid did.

@UncleJlovesbrazil That very true otk well they are going no where and you have better aim on the target. What works really well to is over one knee you can lock there legs so no kicking up and you have more swinging power and you can see the whole bum.
