For me, not so much "allowed" to do a spanking dance....just always spanked hard/long enough that it was a foregone conclusion that I'd end up prancing, rubbing, howling...

@Rachely3: there were always witnessers during my punishments and these of my sisters . ( family members or close relatives ) it was part of the process ...
